• Basic Salary: PKR 30,000 – PKR 40,000/month (based on experience and skills)
• Performance Bonuses: Up to PKR 10,000/month

🎯 Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Assist customers by resolving their queries and providing accurate information.
• Maintain customer records by updating databases with accurate details.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for customer satisfaction and call handling.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental goals.

🔍 Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
