JOB DESCRIPTION:

Order Management: Receive, confirm, and coordinate sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate
dispatch.

Customer Interaction: Communicate with international customers in fluent English to confirm
orders and resolve inquiries.

Delivery Coordination: Manage dispatch schedules and ensure on-time delivery by coordinating
with delivery teams.

Problem Solving: Address and resolve customer or delivery issues efficiently.

Performance Reporting: Maintain records of dispatches, monitor performance, and prepare
reports as needed.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Sales Support: Assist the sales team in achieving targets by maintaining high-quality customer
service and accurate order processing.
Requirements:

Education: Minimum Intermediate

Language Skills: Fluent spoken English is mandatory.

Experience: Previous experience in sales or dispatching is a plus point.

Shift Availability: Must be comfortable working night shifts (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM).
