Role Overview: An Investment Banker assists corporations, governments, and other entities in raising financial capital by underwriting or acting as the client’s agent in the issuance of securities. They also provide advisory services on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), market activities, and other major financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
